bakery life

so i am finally getting to decorate cakes! anna (my lovely boss whom i love) has been meaning to teach me forever and we have just been way too busy. so she finally started sending me home with some cakes and buttercream and let me practice! (i had to give them back, so sorry you didn't get one) so now at work i get to cut, fill, and do my best at frosting the outside. then anna helps finish it up, and i get to do the border. not doing any writting yet, but we are kinda working on it. got to take baby steps! i'm really excited because i really want to learn cakes, have for a long time, so i'm glad i finally get to do it. we also have our first wedding cake in september, which i'm sure i will get to help with! i love and miss everyone. this blog is a good idea! roger and aunt bob, you two need to get back here quick! i haven't seen either you in such a long time! :(
